We were born with a clear idea: to break away from the usual.
Behind the stoves is Joan Ballester, trained at the Basque Culinary Center, crazy about oriental cuisine, but with his roots firmly rooted in his homeland.
We do not follow rules. We do not repeat formulas.
We cook from a different point of view. Here you can find arepas with espencat, cheeks baos with good rice, and a smash burger that is anything but conventional.
